The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced new details regarding recruitment of civil servants. Online applications are open for 350 positions. Candidates applying to the Ministry must meet all specified requirements to be considered eligible.
In addition to the general conditions that apply to all hires, candidates must also satisfy the specific criteria set for each position. The Ministry will employ staff in various roles, and each role may carry additional qualifications beyond the general requirements.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MINISTRY OF TREASURY AND FINANCE RECRUITMENT?
The Ministry published information on civil servant recruitment. Applicants must meet the general eligibility criteria and any additional, position-specific requirements. The general conditions for applying to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance are as follows:
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
- Fulfill the provisions of the relevant articles of Law No. 657 on Civil Servants.
- Have no unresolved military service obligations.
- Be under the age of 35.
- Not have participated in the tax inspector assistant exam more than twice; or not have participated at all.
- Have no health condition that prevents performance of the duties.
- Possess the qualifications required for the profession of tax inspector.
Applicants are also required to be graduates of law, political science, economics, business administration, or faculties of economics and administrative sciences. For the 2021 and 2022 KPSS, candidates must have achieved at least 80 points in one of the following score types: P17, P18, P22, P23, P27, P28, P47 or P48.
APPLICATION PERIOD AND PROCESS
For the current announcement of 350 positions, applications can be submitted until February 17, 2023. Candidates who meet all general and specific requirements can complete their applications within this period.
Applicants whose submissions are accepted will proceed to written exams and interviews. Successful candidates will be appointed to the relevant units after passing these stages.
