You can inquire about outstanding debts as well as past due amounts. A handling fee of 2 TRY applies for bill payments made through PTT.
Can You Pay Water Bills at PTT?
Water bill payments at PTT are available. Water bills issued for residences or commercial properties can be paid at PTT branches. You can pay in person at a branch counter with the bill or use the online payment options. Past-due water bills can also be settled through the same system. To check water bills via the system:

Can You Pay Natural Gas Bills at PTT?
PTT natural gas bill payments are supported. In Istanbul, natural gas subscription procedures are handled by İGDAŞ, but payment of natural gas bills is possible through PTT for subscribers of contracted distribution companies. Examples of natural gas companies whose bills can be paid through PTT include a range of regional Aksa and Akmercan affiliates and others serving various provinces.

When automatic payment instructions are registered with PTT, there is no transaction fee for those recurring payments. After activating automatic bill payments, you can also track parcels and shipments via PTT’s tracking service. To track a shipment:
- Go to the PTT shipment tracking page and open the tracking section.
- Enter the shipment barcode number in the top input field using uppercase letters where required.
- Confirm the security code shown below the barcode input.
- Click the “Query” or “Track” button to retrieve the shipment status.
- These steps will complete the cargo tracking process.
How to Check PTT Bills via E-Government (e-Devlet)?
E-Government PTT bill inquiry requires logging in to the e-Government portal. After signing in, you can review your PTT-related billing processes and shipment information. Steps to check PTT bills via e-Devlet:
- Go to the e-Government login page and sign in with your Turkish ID number and e-Devlet password. Those without a password can obtain one from any PTT branch for a fee.
- After logging in, navigate to the PTT General Directorate section to view and query bills and cargo status information.
- You can complete PTT bill inquiries and view registered notifications and registered shipments from this area.
- Use the “My Cargo Information” option to track letters and parcels sent or received.
- The same page allows tracking of all package shipments associated with your account.
