Within the scope of the TOKİ annual 100,000 housing project, low-income applicants who applied to the 2020 projects in Bursa provinces have been waiting to learn when the lottery draws will take place. According to the plan, 2020 TOKİ housing projects in Bursa will be built in the following districts: Yıldırım, Orhaneli, Gürsu, Kestel, Gemlik, Mustafakemalpaşa, Yenişehir, İnegöl and Harmancık.

When Will the 2020 TOKİ Bursa Lottery Draws Be Held?
When will the TOKİ Bursa draws be held? Under the TOKİ 100,000 social housing project and based on the demand collected in Bursa, lottery draws for a total of 3,200 apartments across nine projects will take place as follows.
- The draw for 250 units in Kestel and 150 units in Yıldırım will be held on Monday, March 9, 2020.
- The draw for 80 units in Harmancık district will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
- The draw for 400 units in Gürsu and 694 units in Mustafakemalpaşa will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
- The draw for 200 units in Yenişehir and 800 units in İnegöl will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020.
- The draw for 500 units in Gemlik will also be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020.
- No lottery draw will be held in Orhaneli district because the number of applicants is fewer than the number of available units.
How Will the TOKİ 2020 Bursa Lottery Be Conducted?
How will the TOKİ lottery process for Bursa be conducted? Within the scope of the planned TOKİ 100,000 housing project, the Bursa draw process will be carried out as follows.
- The beneficiary determination draw will be conducted by a notary public under the supervision of bank and administration officials.
- A quota of up to 10% of units will be reserved for families of martyrs, veterans disabled due to service, and widows and orphans; beneficiaries in this category will be determined by lottery when deemed necessary. Applicants from this category who are not selected will be included together with other applicants for the general lottery.
- A quota of 5% of units will be reserved for citizens with at least 40% disability; when necessary, beneficiaries in this category will be determined by lottery. Applicants in this category who are not selected will be included in the general applicant pool and participate in the overall draw.
- For other prospective buyers, beneficiaries will be determined by lottery if required, following the administration’s usual application procedures and based on the number of applications.
- Applicants who are not designated as primary or substitute beneficiaries in the draw may request refunds of their application fees from authorized branches of T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. beginning two business days after the draw.
- After the independent unit list and housing prices for the project are determined, the administration will schedule and hold the Housing Selection Draw on the date it sets.
If the number of units is reduced after the tender, a determination draw will be held among those selected in the initial draw to match the available number of units.
