Social assistance payments from the government continue to reach citizens in need in the new year. Those who meet the eligibility criteria receive regular monthly transfers. With February arriving, many eligible recipients are checking when social support payments will be deposited.
The Ministry of Family and Social Services provides a variety of support payments. Payments continue for many eligible groups, particularly under the Family Support Program, which is one of the primary channels of assistance.
WHEN WILL FAMILY SUPPORT PAYMENTS BE MADE?
After January payments were made in December in previous months, people began to inquire about the payment schedule for the Family Support Program for February 2023. Payments range from 850 TL to 1,250 TL depending on household income, and disbursements are expected around mid-February. January payments were made on December 29, before the new year.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FAMILY SUPPORT PAYMENTS?
The Family Support Program, administered by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, continues to provide cash assistance to households in need. Applicants must be Turkish citizens, not hold a Blue Card, have a residence within the country (not abroad), and be over 18, among other requirements.

WHEN ARE HOME CARE PENSIONS PAID?
Home care allowance payments for people with disabilities and other citizens in need are among the most closely followed social assistance benefits. These payments are typically credited to recipients’ accounts between the 15th and 31st of each month.
Pensions for the elderly, home care, and disability benefits were increased in 2023. Following a rise linked to the minimum wage, home care payments were increased from 3,336 TL to 4,336 TL for the January–July period.
